Shirin Dhabhar: A Pioneer in Canine Training With over 30 years of experience

Shirin Dhabhar has helped dog owners in India, England, and Sri Lanka since 1995, addressing aggression, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors through reward-based, psychology-driven training.

She founded Canines Can Care in 1998, India’s first organization for innovative canine training, pioneering assistance dogs and search-and-rescue training. In 2002, she launched Woof! The Mag with a Wag!, India’s first canine magazine, recognized in the Limca Book of Records. In 2007, she introduced Canines for Corporates, using dog training techniques for corporate team-building.

An accredited trainer by the Kennel Club of England (KCAI) in Companion Dog and Behavioral Training, Shirin is one of just nine individuals worldwide with this honor. Her mission is to empower dog owners and trainers with the skills and knowledge for a rewarding journey in canine behavior and training.
